Mixed-use development located in North Vancouver at a busy intersection of Marine Dr., Bewicke Ave., Keith Rd., and 3rd St. W. The project is hosts approx. 12,000 sq. ft. retail, 14,000 sq. ft. office spaces and 24 condo apartments in a wide range of formats from studio to 2 bedrooms.

The commercial levels are strongly expressed along Marine Drive within a two storey concrete and glass podium and punctuated at either end with iconic “tower” elements that announce the entry to and exit from the Marine Drive precinct.

The project was successfully rezoned from .9 FSR to 2.0 FSR – beyond the 1.75 FSR recommended by the area design guidelines.

Construction was completed in 2013.
